The Artourney is a creative education brand founded by Glenda Obeng to empower people of all ages through culturally rich illustration and storytelling. Rooted in Black, African, and Caribbean heritage, the brand is guided by three core values: Representation, Connection, and Empowerment. Through high‑quality, hand-drawn, artwork, educational content, and culturally affirming resources, The Artourney ensures that histories often reduced to a single narrative are opened up into their full richness, offering an accessible way for people to explore Black, African, and Caribbean culture while deepening their understanding of the past.
Attendees will be able to explore The Artourney’s products, including stickers, posters, clay figures, celebration cards, and educational books that highlight Black, African, and Caribbean heritage. Each product is designed to build cultural confidence, strengthen identity, and create meaningful moments of connection for people of all ages in homes, schools, and community spaces.
